TM Resale operates as a marketplace, we do not own or sell any of the tickets on our website. We are just the platform for individuals to buy and sell tickets to live events so we rely on your seller to provide any tickets sold.
There are 3 types of tickets available on our site.
- Hard copy tickets which are posted via Express, Registered post.
- Electronic PDF tickets which will be uploaded to your Resale account.
- Ticketmaster Verified tickets which are also uploaded to your Resale account.
Our fulfillment team monitors all orders and works directly with sellers to ensure tickets are provided with sufficient time before the event. There can be various factors which affect the timeframe, such as Print Delays, Carrier Delays etc.
