We can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind because we don’t own the tickets. In a situation where an event is canceled or rescheduled, Ticketmaster Resale will refund you the amount you paid for your ticket (excluding delivery) in line with our directions communicated to you via email.
You also always have your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including the Consumer Guarantees). If you are no longer able to use the tickets, we recommend reselling them. If you require assistance listing your tickets for sale please contact us or consult the Seller Agreement on the website.
