You are usually notified via email once your tickets are ready to print however this can sometimes find its way to your Junk/Spam folder or be blocked by your email provider altogether.
Please check your Resale account and view your Upcoming Events, select Order Details and then click on the “Print Your Tickets” option. Our fulfillment team monitors all orders and works directly with sellers to ensure tickets are provided with sufficient time before the event. Please be assured we are aware of your order and are in contact with your seller to ensure they comply. Please keep an eye on your emails and Resale account for when your tickets are uploaded, they will be available to be downloaded from your account.
