If you have ordered hard-copy tickets and the provided address is incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can try to to help resolve this for you. We cannot guarantee that your address can be updated as there is a chance your tickets have been mailed out by your seller and are on their way to you.
If we are able to update the address, there may be additional delivery slip fees involved. Updating the delivery address in your account post-purchase will not change your details on the existing order.
