You will receive a sale confirmation email with delivery/upload instructions once your sale has been confirmed.
If you already have received your tickets from the primary ticketing provider, you need to post/upload your tickets within 24-48 hours of receiving the sale confirmation email from us.
If you do not have your tickets due to dispatch delays, you must post/upload them for your buyer as soon as you receive them. Admin and replacement fees may apply if tickets are not supplied within the timeframe outlined in the Seller Agreement or by the deadline communicated (if applicable) by the Fulfillment Team.
Please ensure you add us to your "Safe Senders" list so you don't miss any communication from us.
