We try to issue payment within 7-10 business days (excludes public holidays and weekends) after the event has taken place. We do reserve the right to withhold payment for up to one calendar month after the event is held, but we'll usually only do this if there's been a problem with the tickets. All payments will be made into your nominated bank account - don't forget to double check your payment details to avoid any delays.
Please note the "Payment Pending" status in your account will not update even after you have been paid, so please check for a remittance advice and a bank transfer before getting in touch. If you have questions about your payment, please submit a request below.
