The dispatch date of your tickets will depend on when your seller receives them to post to you. We’ll encourage sellers to mail the tickets as soon as possible however, delivery can sometimes take until the day of the event. You should have received an email from us containing a tracking number to track your delivery. Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery as it will need to be signed for and accepted in person.
If you still haven’t received your tickets within 5 business days of the event and your tracking has not updated, please let us know. If you have ordered tickets and are due to leave your current address, please get in touch as soon as possible. Doing this may incur additional fees and we cannot guarantee updated delivery. If you’ve changed your delivery details on your account post-purchase, the details on your current order will not have updated, so please get in touch here.
